 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchased items, you could return/exchange them for a refund within 30 days. (from the date you received the package)

  • The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and in the original packaging with the original product label tags.

  • Custom items are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept items that are sent back without submitting a return request.

  • The original shipping fee of your order is non-refundable.

  • For the return, please use your own shipping method and at your own cost.

Order Cancellation:

  • We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase.

  • You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via marketly.support@icloud.com once you decide to cancel the order.

  • After receiving your order cancellation request, we will cancel the order and refund you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.

  • If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to be officially issued. Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before refunds. If you have completed all of these actions but have not received a refund, please contact us at marketly.support@icloud.com

  • We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
